My recent stay at Novotel Cardiff Centre had its highlights, including a spacious room and friendly staff. However, there were some minor issues that detracted from the overall experience, such as cleanliness concerns and average breakfast offerings. The location was a big plus, making it easy to explore the city center. though the parking fees felt a bit excessive.

I had a decent stay at Novotel Cardiff Centre. The facilities, especially the pool, were fantastic and really enhanced the experience. However, I encountered issues with cleanliness in the bathroom and the towels were disappointingly small. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made up for some of the negatives, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Overall, it was a pleasure to stay here as I got a restful sleep in a comfy room with modern standards, even though some aspects could be improved.
